Our Story
Roots Studio was founded in 2019 by Maya Chen, who spent years studying under teachers in Mysore, Bali, and New York before returning home to create a space rooted in community and tradition.
We believe yoga is not a performance — it is a practice. Our studio reflects that: warm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming.
