Chef Laurent Beaumont trained under three Michelin-starred kitchens before opening Maison in 2018. His philosophy is simple: let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. Every dish is built on classical French technique, then refined with the restraint of someone who knows when to stop.
Maison seats 48 guests across two intimate dining rooms. The space was designed to feel like a private home — somewhere to linger, to talk, and to eat food that stays with you long after the bill is paid.
